Good step, but the key will be pricing and reach. Many such "healthy" products are launched but remain in urban supermarkets. For true impact, it needs to reach the PDS shops and local kirana stores in smaller towns and villages. Hope they have a plan for that.

Interesting to see a program spanning eight countries. The cross-learning from places like Bangladesh and Ethiopia could be very valuable for tackling malnutrition here. The technical support to millers is crucial for maintaining quality standards.

While I appreciate the intent, Shriya Saran's comment about women's "beautiful journey" from daughter to grandmother, always taking care of others, feels a bit stereotypical. Can we also talk about men sharing the responsibility of nutrition in the family? The product is good, but the messaging could be more inclusive.

As a mother, I constantly worry about my kids getting enough iron and vitamins. If this flour is FSSAI certified and doesn't alter the taste of rotis, I'm definitely willing to try. Hope it's not another premium product out of reach for the middle class.

Fortification is a smart public health strategy. We've seen success with iodised salt. Adding essential micronutrients to our daily chakki atta is a no-brainer. The challenge is consumer awareness. People need to understand why it's worth switching.
