78th Emmy Awards nominations out: The Pitt leads race with 25 nods, comedy series Hacks follows with 24

The Television Academy revealed nominations for its 78th annual Primetime Emmy Awards on Wednesday with drama series 'Pitt' leading the nominations with 25 nods followed by series 'Hacks'.
According to Deadline, the final season of 'Hacks' has created a record for nominations in a single season for a comedy with 24 nods.
Apple TV's Widow's Bay was third with 19 noms, followed by fellow Apple first-year show Pluribus with 18 and Netflix's Beef with 16.
The newly constructed Outstanding Variety Series and Outstanding Reality Competition Program witnessed the reality dance show 'Dancing with the Stars' got its first nomination in 10 years.

'The Pitt' with 25 nominations? Wow. Noah Wyle has come a long way from ER. I wonder if these shows are available on Indian streaming platforms. Need to binge-watch! 📺
Good to see 'Slow Horses' getting nods for Gary Oldman AND Jack Lowden. But honestly, these awards are so Western-centric. Our own awards like IIFA or Filmfare don't get this kind of international hype. 🤷♂️
'Beef' with 16 nominations is impressive. And Riz Ahmed for 'Bait'? Two actors with South Asian roots getting recognized! That's progress, even if slow. Also, happy to see 'Abbott Elementary' still getting love. 🌟
No Indian series or actors nominated? Not even 'Sacred Games' or 'Delhi Crime' style shows? International awards still ignore Indian content, unless it's a documentary. Disappointing but expected. 😔
'Dancing with the Stars' getting a nomination after 10 years is a big deal! But I wish they had more international versions included. The Indian version 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' also has great talent. 💃
