Manish Paul is a Fitness Buff!!!
Manish Paul, who is endowed with a lean and tall physique, is still very fastidious about his fitness quotient!!!
The young chap is very particular of what he eats, his exercise regime and lifestyle in general. In today's time where not many can keep pace with the erratic work hours, Manish is pretty good with the time-management skill.
"Out of all the ways and techniques of keeping fit, I prefer running. Running is an effective way to stay healthy and works big time for me. Everyone on the set knows that I would need half an hour daily for running. When ever I get some time off, people on the sets give me a knowing smile and they instantly know where I'm hitting to," winks Manish.
Manish care to dole out some fitness gyan!!!
