Ingredients needed for Mango Curry:
Mango - 2
Onion - 1
Coconut Milk - ½ cup
Ginger - 1 small piece
Mustard - ½ tsp
Green Chilly - 6
Salt - As required
Oil - 1 tsp
Fenugreek - 2 pinch
Red Chilly - 2
Curry Leaves - 1 stem
How to prepare Mango Curry:
Peel the Mango and cut into small pieces.
Chop the onions lengthwise.
Mix thoroughly the Mango and sliced onions with salt in lukewarm water.
Cook it with the sliced Ginger and Green Chilly.
When it starts cooking keep the flame in minimum and pour Coconut Milk.
Add grinded mustard and keep aside.
In a kadai, heat coconut oil.
Put mustard seeds, when it starts popping add red chilly (chopped in two pieces), fenugreek and curry leaves, and saute well.
Pour the mixture to the Manga Curry.
