Lentil Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups Kali Masoor

• ½ Cup Mixed Vegetables

• 2 Carrots

• 1 Large Tomato

• 1 Onion

• 1 Tsp Cumin Powder

• 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

• Chopped Coriander

• Pepper

• 2 Tsp Olive Oil

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Fry onions in heated olive oil.

• Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.

• Pour adequate water and add the lentils and vegetables.

• Once the lentils become tender, remove from stove.

• Allow it to cool and blend the mixture in mixer.

• Add salt, garam masala powder and cumin powder.

• Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
