Ginger Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Piece Of Ginger

• 2 Cloves Garlic

• 2 Tsp Corn Flour

• ½ Cup Grated Cabbage

• ½ Cup Grated Carrot

• 1 Tsp Vinegar

• ¼ Cup Chopped Capsicum

• 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves

• 1 Spring Onion

• Pepper Powder

• 1 Tsp Soya Sauce

• 1 Tsp Oil

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Grate cabbage, carrot and ginger.

• Chop capsicum into small pieces.

• Fry ginger in heated oil.

• Add garlic and fry.

• Mix chopped vegetables and fry again.

• Pour water and boil the mixture.

• Add chopped coriander, soya sauce, salt, and vinegar.

• When it comes to boil, add the corn flour paste.

• Finish the soup with spring onions.
