Garlic Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

• ½ Cup Garlic Cloves

• 4 Cups Chicken Stock

• ½ Cup Chopped Onion

• ¼ Chopped Parsley

• ¼ Grated Cheese

• 1 Tbsp Butter

• 1 Tbsp Maida Flour

• Pepper to Taste

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Peel the outer skin and blend garlic cloves along with chopped onion.

• Fry onion and garlic paste in butter for 10 minutes.

• Add flour and fry for 4 minutes.

• Add chicken stock to it and boil.

• Add salt, pepper and parsley.

• Cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes.

• Aarnish with grated cheese.
