Medu Wada Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Urad dal

• 4 green chilies

• Pinch of asafetida

• Curry leaves

• Oil for frying

• Salt to taste

Method:

• Wash and soak the dal for more than 4 hours.

• Grind the dal in a mixer to a fine paste.

• Add chopped green chilies, asafetida, salt, and curry leaves to the ground paste along with adequate water to form dough.

• Make small balls and flatten them with a small hole in the center.

• Deep fry in heated oil till golden brown.
