Thalipat Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Wheat Flour

• 1 Cup Bajra Flour

• ½ Cup Rice Flour

• ½ Cup Besan

• ½ Tsp Chili Powder

• ½ Tsp Turmeric

• 1 Tsp Cumin Powder

• 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

• Oil to Fry

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Roast the floars lightly and mix.

• Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and cumin powder.

• Knead to make dough with water.

• Roll into thin rotis and cook over a griddle smearing oil on both sides.
