Bhatura Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 Cups Wheat Flour / Maida

• 2 Cups Yogurt / Curds

• 2 Sachet Yeast

• 2 Tsp Sugar

• 6 Tsp Oil

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Soak yeast in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes.

• Mix all Ingredients: well and add yeast.

• Make soft dough like for chappatis and keep aside for 4-5 hours.

• Make small dough balls and roll each ball like puri but must be thicker than poori.
