Kerala Beef Curry Recipe


Ingrediants:
Beef - 500 gm
Sliced Onions - 3 desert spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Green chilly - 3 Nos.
Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 desert spoon

Procedure:

Mix sliced pieces of beef with coriander, chilly and turmeric powders. Also add garam masala, vinegar, salt and ginger garlic paste. Put this in a pressure cooker and boil until beef is fully cooked (Beef takes atleast 15-20 minutes to get cooked). 

In a kadai, heat oil, fry the onions until it turns slightly brown, add sliced green chilly, and saute for 2 minutes. Now add the cooked beef to this and saute till the water gets evaporated partially. Now add the coconut milk to this and sim the flame and cook for another 2 minutes. Add curry leaves to this and serve.
