Recipes India - Tomato Curry Recipe

Tomato Curry Recipe Red tomatoes - 3 Green Chilly - 2 Salt - rqd Coconut - 1 cup Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Shallot - 3 Turmeric Powder - a pinch Chilly Powder - ½ tsp Coconut oil - 2 tb sp Mustard - 1 tsp Curry Leaves - 1 stem Shallot - 1 tsp Add the mixture to the smashed Tomatoes, let it boil and remove from fire. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add chopped shallots and curry leaves and sauté well. Pour this to the tomato curry.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Boil the Green Chilly (chopped in two pieces) tomatoes and salt with water. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder, shallots.
