Fish Curry Recipe

Pieces of Fish- 500 gm
Coconut   -  ½ cup
Red Chili Powder - 2 tb sp
Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
Fenugreek Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
Coccum  -   rqrd
Salt - rqrd
Shallot - 5
Cocconut oil - 1 tablespoon

Heat red chili powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and coriander powder.

Grind the grated coconut along with heated masala mixture and shallot.

To the fish pieces, add this grinded paste, salt, coccum, curry leaves and water as required and allow to boil.

When the gravy becomes thick and fish is cooked, remove from fire and add 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
