Vegetable Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:
•  2 Cups Chickpea Flour
•  ½ Cup Maida
•  2 Tbsp Corn Flour
•  3 Tbsp Rice Flour
•  1 Tsp Baking Powder
•  1 Potato
•  1 Carrot
•  4 Onions
•  ¼ Tsp Chili Powder
•  ¼ Tsp Ground Cumin
•  ¼ Tsp Ground Turmeric
•  1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
•  1½ Cups Oil
•  1 Cup Water
•  Salt to Taste

Method:
•  Mix chicpea, self-raising flour, cornflour, rice flour and baking powder.
•  Add chopped potato, carrot, onion, chilli, cumin, turmeric, spring onions, lemon juice, salt, 1 tsp oil and enough water to mix to a thick batter.
•  Drop the batter, single tbsp at a time, into the heated oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
