Sundal Recipe

Ingredients:
•  2 Cups Channa Dal
•  5 Green Chilies
•  Few Curry Leaves
•  ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
•  1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
•  Salt to Taste
•  Oil for Seasoning

Method:
•  Wash and soak channa dal for 8 hours.
•  Cook it in Pressure cook along with little salt.
•  Add mustard seeds to the heated oil in a pan.
•  When they splutter, add chilies and fry for 2 minutes.
•  Add cooked channa dal, curry leaves, shredded coconut, and salt and mix well.
