Chakli Recipe

Ingredients:
•  350 Gms Rice Flour
•  125 Gms Gram Flour
•  Pinch Of Asafetida
•  1 Tbsp Til Seeds
•  2 Tbsp Butter
•  3 Tsp Chili Powder
•  Salt to Taste
•  Oil for Frying

Method:
•  Mix rice flour and gram flour with asafetida, chili powder, butter and salt.
•  Add til seeds to the flour mixture.
•  Pour water and knead them to make soft dough.
•  Using mould, make circular shaped chaklies out of dough.
•  Fry the chakli in heated oil till crispy and brown.
