Tabuli Recipe

Ingredients: 
• ½ Cup Bulgur
• 2 Bunches Parsley
• 2  Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 Minced Onion
• 1 Tsp Dry Mint
• ¼ Cup Olive Oil
• ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
• Salt to Taste

Method:
• Soak bulgur in enough fresh water for about 15 minutes.
• Drain the water.
• Mix all Ingredients:  in a large cooking bowl and add oil.
• Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
