Mutton Korma Recipe

Ingredients: 
• ½ Kg Boneless Mutton
• ½ Cup Oil
• ½ Tbsp Cumin Seeds
• 1 Cup Chopped Onions
• ½ Cup Poppy Seeds
• 1 Cup Grated Coconut
• 1 Tbsp Ginger
• 1 Tbsp Garlic
• 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
• ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 6 Cloves
• 2 Cardamoms
• 4 Cinnamon Sticks
• 1 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
• Salt to Taste

Method: 
• Roast cloves, cardamom, nutmeg powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, poppy seeds and cinnamon sticks
• Grind these into a fine paste along with coconut.
• Fry bay leaves and chopped onions in heated oil and sauté.
• Add ginger and garlic paste.
• Add boneless mutton and stir.
• Add the prepared masala, turmeric and red chili powder.
• Pour some water, add salt to taste and boil till the mutton is tender.
