Doodh Pak Recipe

Ingredients
• 1 litre Milk
• 1/2 cup Almonds
• 250 grams Sugar
• 1 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp Saffron
• 1 tsp Pistachios
• 4 tsp Raisins

Method
• Soak the almonds in warm water for 2 hours.
• Peel and grind almonds into a fine paste.
• Boil the milk to the boiling point.
• Dissolve the saffron in 1 tablespoon of warm milk.
• Add the almond paste to the boiling milk and keep stirring for 30-35 minutes on low flame.
• Add the saffron, sugar, pista and raisins and cook on a very low flame till it becomes thick.
• Sprinkle cardamom powder.
