Egg Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 Eggs

• 1 Tsp Jaggery

• 1 Tsp Tamarind Paste

• 1 Tsp Chat Masala

• ¾ Tsp Red Chili Powder

• ¼ Cup Tomato Sauce

• 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

• 3 Green Chilies

• 2 Onions

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Boil the eggs.

• Chop onion, green chilies and eggs.

• In a pan, boil jaggery and tamarind paste with little water.

• Keep stirring till it becomes thick chutney.

• Mix all the Ingredients: and add salt to taste.
