Ingrediants:
Maida  - ½ kg
Egg  - 2
Salt  - rqrd

Procedure:
Mix maida with salt and water.

Beat egg, and add to the mixture.

Heat the frying pan and apply oil on it, pour one ladle mixture on the frying pan and spread evenly.

Cook both the side of dosa.
