Pumpkin Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 500 Gms Pumpkin

• 2 Cups Vinegar

• 3 Cups Water

• 3 Cups Sugar

• 1 Tsp Red Chili Pepper

• 2 Cardamoms

• 8 Tsp Raisins

• 12 Almonds

• 12 Dates

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Remove the outer skin of pumpkin and grate it.

• Cook in water with dates till it becomes tender and dry.

• Add vinegar, sugar, salt, red chili pepper, almonds and raisins.

• Cook till it becomes little thick and slightly golden brown in color.
