Pineapple Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Pineapple

• 2 Tsp Sugar

• 1 Tsp Turmeric

• 3 Tsp Oil

• 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

• 1 Tsp Maida Flour

• 2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

• 2 Tsp Aniseed

• 2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

• 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds

• 2 Tsp Onion Seeds

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

• Fry mustard, cumin, aniseed, fenugreek, and onion seeds in heated oil.

• Add pineapple pieces, turmeric, chili powder, salt, sugar and 2 cups of water.

• Cook for 20 mins and if required add some more water while cooking the pineapple.

• Mix the maida with some water to a paste and add this to the chutney.

• Remove from fire once the pineapple chutney becomes thick.
