Peanuts Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 50 Gms Peanuts

• 5 Red Chilies

• Small Pinch of Asafetida

• ½ Cup Shredded Coconut

• 3 Tsp Oil

• 1 Onion

• 1 Tsp of Tamarind Pulp

• 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds

• 1 Tsp Urad Dal

• 1 Tsp Channa Dal

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Fry red chilies, asafetida, and peanuts in 2 tsp heated oil.

• Grind this with shredded coconut, tamarind pulp and salt into a paste.

• Heat 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds.

• When it splutters, fry urad dal and channa dal.

• Add this to the prepared chutney.
