Green Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 15 Green Chilies

• 1 Cup Coriander

• ½ Lemon

• ½ Tsp Jaggery

• Salt to Taste

• 1 Tsp Oil

• 1 Clove Garlic

 

Method:

• Heat oil and add asafetida.

• Grind all the Ingredients: in a mixer along with asafetida.

• Use no water or very little to preserve the chutney for long time.
