Coconut Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Shredded Coconut

• 5 Dry Red Chilies

• ½ Sprig Curry Leaves

• 1 Tsp Oil

• A Small Pinch Asafetida

• 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds

• 1 Tsp Urad Dal (White Lentil)

• 1 Tsp Channa Dal (Bengal Gram)

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Heat oil and fry dals, curry leaves, asafetida, fenugreek, and red chilies.

• Add coconut and grind all the Ingredients: into paste using mixer.

• Add salt to taste.
