Apricot Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• 450 Gms Apricots

• 1½ Cup Vinegar

• 400 Gms Sugar

• 3 Cups Of Water

• 2 Tsp Salt

• ½ Tsp Red Chili Pepper

• 4 Cardamoms

• 6 Tsp Raisins

• 10 Almonds

Method:

• Boil the apricots in water for 10 mins.

• Peel the outer skin and mash the apricots

• Strain the pulp and wash the stones of apricots with one cup of water.

• Cook apricot pulp and water of washed stones, almonds and raisins till all the water is absorbed.

• Add vinegar, sugar, salt, cardamoms and red chili pepper and cook till it becomes thick.
