Surbhi ka naya sur
Surbhi Tiwari is keyed up to play a period role in Zee TV's historical serial 'Jhansi ki Rani'. She is essaying the role of Mainabai, wife of Bajirao Peshwa.
“Rani Laxmi Bai is groomed in peshwa parivaar, she has all the traits of that family. I am part of her grooming period,” she briefs the significance of her role.
Channel is still mulling over the telecast of the serial but the shoot is carried out in full swing. “We shot for four days in Narmada river. We use to be in water for 13 hour a day. It was like a picnic. I did swimming in Navwaari saree,” she shares the experience of shooting.
She adds further, “After six year I got to shoot with Haanthi, Ghode and Palkhi. It took me back to the time when I played Goddess Parvati in Jap Tap Vrat”.
Show will be aired probably in takkar with Balika Vadhu.
