Jet Airways inducts two new Boeing aircraft
New Delhi, June 29 : Private carrier Jet Airways Monday inducted two Boeing 737 aircraft into its fleet.
The two 135-seat aircraft would formally start operations July 7 and connect metros with smaller cities, the airline said in a statement.
'These two aircraft would offer their services from Delhi to Indore, Bhopal and Mumbai and also between Indore and Bhopal with daily flights,' the statement said.
With the new induction, Jet Airways now operates a fleet of 86 aircraft, which includes 10 Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft, 12 Airbus A330-200 aircraft, 50 classic and next generation Boeing 737-series aircraft and 14 modern ATR 72-500 turboprop aircraft.
