X-Factor stars John and Edward may become the next Ant and Dec
London, November 08 : X Factor contestants John and Edward can be the next 'Ant and Dec' if they do not win the reality show, it has emerged.
Simon Cowell's closest aide/singer Sinitta has revealed that the TV mogul is ready to provide for a completely new show to the twins, as long as they don't win the competition.
'Simon would actually create a show especially for them. Anything but have them win X Factor. At the moment he doesn't want them,' the News of the World quoted her as saying.
She added: 'They are going to have to take over one of the big shows, hosting Britain's Got Talent or something.
'People call them the new Ant and Dec, although Ant and Dec would be horrified to think people find them as irritating as that.'
