Sri Lankan team arrives in Mumbai

Mumbai, Nov. 8 : The Sri Lankan cricket team has arrived in Mumbai for their upcoming three-match Test series against India, starting on November 16.

The Kumar Sangakkara-led squad will begin their tour with a three-day match against the team, Board President's XI beginning November 11 in Mumbai.

The first test will be played in Ahmedabad.

The next two matches will be played in Nagpur and Mumbai.

The security advisor of the Sri Lankan cricket team, Lawrance Fernando, had reviewed the security arrangements in the stadiums where the team is scheduled to play.

Sri Lankan officials have taken all precautions after their team became a target of a militant attack during their tour to Pakistan in March this year.
