Kings of Leon swap music for fashion
London, Nov 4: American rock band Kings of Leon have made a foray into the world of fashion by designing their own clothing line.
The Use Somebody hitmakers have gone partners with French fashion house Surface To Air to bring out a 12-piece collection, which showcases their distinctive checked shorts and leather jackets, reports the Daily Star.
The range will hit the markets of Denmark in December this year.
Earlier the band had made headlines in August when they reportedly swore at fans during their headline performance at the Reading Festival in the UK.
Lead singer Caleb Followill had asked fans: "I thought this was supposed to be the loudest crowd in the world?" before pleading with fans to "help us do this" as they launched into their hit Sex On Fire.
However, unable to elicit any reaction from the audience Caleb had lost his cool and raged: "We know you're sick of Kings of Leon. We're f***ing sick of Kings of Leon too. But we get up here every night and I thank God for everything I've had.
"So for all those who don't give a f**k about us, I understand. But we've worked hard to be here. We're the goddamn Kings of Leon, so f**k you."
