Mary-Kate Olsen rubbishes marriage rumours

London, Oct 22 : Mary-Kate Olsen has laughed off rumours of an impending wedding with flame Nate Lowman.

Gossip had it that the 23-year-old Olsen had accepted Lowman's marriage proposal during the pair's romantic holiday in Paris, earlier this month, and the lovebirds were planning to tie a knot sometime next year.

An insider revealed that Lowman had taken the actress out on a romantic dinner where he had proposed to her.

The Daily Star quoted the source as telling Star mag: "At the end of the meal, Nate gave her a truffle box. But inside, she found a little jewellery box instead. When she opened it, there was a beautiful engagement ring.

"Mary-Kate was absolutely swept off her feet by Nate's proposal. She's so thrilled, she can barely keep it quiet."

Another source had told the National Enquirer, "Their love has grown to the point where it's time to take the next step in their relationship. Because many millions of dollars are at stake, there's no question that Mary-Kate's legal advisers will make sure a pre-nup is ironed out, and Nate's signature is on the dotted line."

However, Olsen's spokesperson has dubbed all the rumours as complete lies.

Her rep said: "There's absolutely no truth to any of this."
