Mallika Sherawat supports the IFFLA
For those curious to know what Mallika Sherawat has been upto – the sexy actress just recently attended a Wine-Tasting Luncheon on Mar 15 2009 at the Malibu Family Wines, Malibu, California where she was invited as a special guest. The event was a fundraiser hosted by IFFLA (Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles).
The event was supported by Wells Fargo, and featured a guided tour of Malibu Family Wines vineyard, wine tasting, celebrity auction, delicious lunch prepared by IFFLA caterer Chakra Cuisine and a peek at IFFLA 2009.
Malibu Family Wines, the Festival’s Grand Sponsor and host of this event, is located at the crest of the Santa Monica Mountains. The picturesque vineyard consists of 60,000 vines on 65 acres and is also famous for its unusual rock formations from over a 100 movies, commercials and television shows. The estate is also home to a horse stable, vintage wagon collection, retro trailer park and exotic animals such as zebras, llamas, camels and peacocks.
The Celebrity Live Auction included an offer to spend a day with Mallika Sherawat at a professional photo shoot where the Winning Bidder would get to experience first-hand the magic of Mallika in front of the camera, along with a chance to enjoy lunch on the set with Mallika and have his/her picture taken with Mallika by a professional celebrity photographer.
