Chandigarh, Aug 28 : To curb unfair means in examinations, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) decided that any candidate found possessing mobile phone or any other aiding material in the examination room will be debarred from future examinations, a commission spokesman said on Sunday.
