Melbourne, Dec. 5 : Former Australian cricketer Mervyn Gregory Hughes's bristling handlebar moustache is reportedly the Australians favourite cricket 'mo'.


Readers of The Advertiser and Advertiser.com.au have voted Hughes's upper-lip masterpiece as their favourite.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Hughes booted down other Aussie cricket moustaches, including David Boon's 'chevron' and Ian Chappell's 'Mexican'.

Today Show hosts Karl Stefanovic and Lisa Wilkinson showed their support for The Advertiser's 'mo' down the Poms campaign.
