TV show caller abuses Jayalalithaa

Chennai, Nov 15 : A caller at a TV debate show has been booked for reportedly using abusive language against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and Congress MLA S. Vijayadharani.

"The caller had called in for a debate show on Sathyam TV on the CHOGM issue and razing of a wall of the Sri Lanka memorial in Thanjavur," reported CNN-IBN on Friday.

"While Vijayadharani explained that if the structure is illegal there is nothing wrong in the chief minister ordering its demolition, the caller who identified himself as Tamil Dasan and belongs to a pro-Tamil group abused both Jayalalithaa and Vijayadharani and used sexually abusive language against both of them," the news channel said.

Later, Vijayadharani filed a criminal complaint against the caller that was forwarded to the Office of the Joint Commissioner of Police, Chennai (North zone) for investigation.
