The 'Poker Face' hitmaker while accepting an award at the event said that she felt her skin looked too perfect, her hair looked too soft and that she doesn't look like that when she wakes up in the morning, Stuff.co.nz reported.
Gaga also urged the girls to "fight back against the forces that say one has to be beautiful" and called for the publications themselves to change.
She added that it is fair to write about the change in magazines. But what she wants to see is the change on the cover, because when the covers change, that's when culture changes.
