Punit Malhotra gets acting offers

Mumbai, Nov 8 : He is not the usual carefree and fashion unconscious directors of Bollywood. Young and suave Punit Malhotra, who is currently busy promoting his latest directorial "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein", says he gets acting offers too.


Though he hasn't accepted any as yet, he wants to keep his options open.

"I have been getting a lot of offers for acting, but right now I am enjoying direction. I want to do what I know well," Malhotra told IANS.

"After the film ('Gori Tere Pyaar Mein'), I will work on my next film 'Gutka', so at least not now, may be later (I can think about acting). I have kept my option open as I am open to acting. Let's see if it happens," he added.

"Gori Tere Pyaar Mein", releasing Nov 22, features Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
