Speaking on the occasion, Shinde claimed that he attended the event only for Vishwas Patil, the director of the film.
"Vishwas Patil ji is a govt. officer, an IAS officer, he was also a collector, a bureaucrat, a novel writer and when such bureaucrats present themselves as artist I really like it," he said.
Rajjo, which is set to release on 15th November, is a romantic journey of a 'nautch' girl in the most extraordinary circumstances.
