McCartney resists temptation to pen songs

Los Angeles, Oct 25 : Musician Paul McCartney says that he is resisting writing new songs as he already has plenty of them now.

The 71-year-old recently released his latest album "New".

"I'm resisting writing any more songs as I've got so many. I got everything off my chest with 'New', and next I need to go through my pile of demo ideas," dailystar.co.uk quoted McCartney as saying.

"It'll be like cleaning out my attic - I know I should do it even though I don't really want to," he added.
