I wanted to feed co-stars with pasta: Jennifer Garner

Los Angeles, Oct 20 : Actress-producer Jennifer Garner says she wanted to feed Matthew McConaughey a "big bowl of pasta" while shooting their new movie "The Dallas Buyers Club" because he lost 50 pounds for his role.


The 43-year-old lost 50 pounds for his role as an AIDS victim campaigning for proper healthcare in the new drama and his co-star admits it was upsetting to see him and fellow actor Jared Leto, who also lost weight for his role in the film, in such frail conditions.

''It was shocking and upsetting and really hard to see ... I wanted to feed them a bowl of pasta," contactmusic.com quoted Garner as saying.
