Vodafone offers opportunity to meet F1 team

Mumbai, Oct 18 : Telecommunications service provider Vodafone India recently announced a 'Vodafone Super Fan' contest that aims to give its customers an experience of interacting, staying and cheering the British Formula One team Vodafone McLaren Mercedes at the Indian Grand Prix in Delhi.

All Vodafone dongle users or non-users who buy the Vodafone dongle are eligible to participate in the 'Vodafone Super Fan' contest.

As part of the activity, the 'Vodafone Supe Fan' winners will get an all-expense paid trip to Delhi to meet and stay with the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team.

Moreover, during the race the 'Vodafone Super Fan' winners will also get access to the pit lane and join the on and off-track activities of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team.

To join the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team as a 'Vodafone Super Fan', Vodafone dongle users need to log on to the website and enter their customer details.

The site will ask them to take a short quiz and the customer who answers all the questions in the shortest time wins a chance to be the 'Vodafone Super Fan'.

Users in Delhi can also participate via a radio contest, wherein they call and answer questions about the team and can win as part of the lucky draw.

The winners of the 'Vodafone Super Fan' contest will be announced few days prior to the Indian Grand Prix.

Encouraging Vodafone customers to participate in this activity, Vivek Mathur, Chief Commercial Officer, Vodafone India said, "Vodafone, through its association with the legendary Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team - has been reflecting its spirit of speed, globally."
