Vodafone declares finalists of DiTBL season 3

Mumbai, Oct 14 : Vodafone Business Services, the enterprise arm of mobile network operator Vodafone India, recently announced the finalists of Vodafone Drive into the Big League (DiTBL) season 3, an initiative to connect and support the medium sized business community and provide them with a platform for easier and faster opportunities for growth, here.


The contest provides one Indian medium sized enterprise a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and a money-can't-buy-experience of having its company logo on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes cars at the Indian Grand Prix 2013, to be held in Delhi from Oct 25 to Oct 27.

At the close of one month of the process of selection and elimination, post entries to Vodafone DiTBL season 3 coming in from cities and towns across all states, 10 medium sized enterprises with a turnover between Rs. 100 crore and Rs. 500 crore were declared the finalists.

Expressing pleasure at the amazing response for Vodafone DiTBL season 3, Naveen Chopra Director, Vodafone Business Services said, "We are overwhelmed by the responses received for this unique initiative since we started in 2011. Vodafone Drive into the Big League has been a great mutual enabler."

Chopra added, "This initiative has helped Vodafone Business Services to understand the goals and challenges of enterprises in the mid-segment and in turn connect with them to provide tailor made business solutions that meet their exact needs and expectations."

The 10 shortlisted participants will now present their case to a panel of experts and compete for the coveted top spot.

The competition will get showcased as a six part television reality series on a business channel, being aired during Oct 2013.

The final winner will be selected by the expert jury who will evaluate the shortlisted participants based on providing them with real situations that each of their businesses could face and how they would address those situations.
