YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy continued his fast on Wednesday despite his deteriorating health condition. With his fast entering the fifth day, Jagan may be hospitalised or force-fed on Wednesday night since he is severely dehydrated, reports said. Jagan began his indefinite fast on Saturday outside his Lotus Pond office in Hyderabad to protest against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and creation of the Telangana state. He has refused to call it off even after severe health condition. Meanwhile in Delhi, his mother, Vijayamma, met Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Rajnath Singh, triggering speculation that an alliance between the two parties is a work-in-progress, NDTV channel reported. While, Jagan is fasting against the creation of the 29th state of India, Congress general secretary in charge of Andhra Pradesh, Digvijaya Singh on Monday said TDP president Chandrababu Naidu and YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy had earlier supported creation of Telangana by bifurcating Andhra Pradesh.
