There were rumours that the film's release had been stalled following the Union cabinet's nod for a separate Telangana state carved out of Andhra Pradesh.
"There will absolutely be no change in the release of the film. As scheduled earlier, the film will release worldwide Oct 10. I know it's going to be a tough situation in the state, but we are ready to stand up and face the consequences," Raju told IANS.
"This festival (Dussehra) season has been very lucky for me. I can't compromise this time and even if we face unforeseen problems, I may postpone the film by a day or two, but I don't intend to miss this occasion," he added.
"Kotha Bangaru Lokam" and "Brindavanam" were two of Raju's earlier releases that minted money after their release during the Dussehra weekend in 2008 and 2010, respectively.
Asked if the formation of Telangana will affect the business of films, he said: "We can only comment when films are released, until then we can't predict."
Meanwhile, film events such as audio launches and success meets scheduled for the weekend have been cancelled for undisclosed reasons.
The audio of Nagarjuna-starrer "Bhai" was to be launched Friday but the launch stands cancelled.
