According to reports, a married woman has alleged that the MLA from Nimbeda had been maintaining a physical relationship with her promising her marriage.
The woman said the MLA forced her to get an abortion thrice.
She said she now wants to be given status of Anjana's wife.
Nagar, who has been booked for allegedly raping a woman, on Thursday resigned as
Rajasthan Minister of State for Food and Civil Supplies.
Nagar earlier on Thursday said he was thinking of resigning from his political post.
"The woman is trapping me to get a suitable job. Though the allegations are false, being member of responsible party and I am thinking if I should resign on moral grounds," said Nagar.
Nagar on Wednesday claimed innocence.
"The allegations are baseless and false. That woman is known here for doing this with every other man," said Nagar.
"Earlier also, that woman had taken money from prominent people and asked for jobs by blackmailing them," he said.
The woman alleged that Nagar called her to his house on Sept 11 and then beat her up before raping her.
The minister has been booked under sections 376 (rape) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
On Sept 13, the woman recorded her statement before metropolitan magistrate Pradeep Modi.
"On the magistrate's directions, the Sodala Police Station booked the minister on Tuesday, " Hindustan Times reported.
The Crime Branch of the Crime Investigation Department (CB-CID) will probe the case.
