Jayanta Banerjee, Executive Chef of the Chrome hotel, said that the key concern behind the concept had been 'time-scarcity' of today's young office-goers.
Rolls would serve both as an appetizer as well as a time-saver.
The menu ranges from the high calorie Mutton Galauti to the calorie controlled Chicken Shawarma roll (chicken cooked in Lebanese style with hung curd and wrapped in homemade soft pita).
Among the others to keep the health conscious generation happy are the Seafood Marinara Wrap on the non-veg end and the Greek Island Wrap on the veg.
Others in the veggie list are the Subz Galauti Roll, Paneer Kthi Roll, Veg Hakka Wrap and so on.
For the non-veg lovers too the list moves on, from Chicken Ceasar Roll to Thai Chicken roll to Chicken Chettinad and many more.
Banerjee said that the 'Ceasar Wrap' and the 'Greek Island' are essentially cold wraps.
"But it all goes incomplete without the Dolmas, a Turkish delicacy of cabbage roll stuffed with flavoured minced chicken and served with lebnah (soft cheese made from yogurt), once again for the health conscious ones of today," he added.
