Reebok launches new gym in Mumbai

Mumbai, Apr 10 : Reebok, a primary fitness brand, launched a new gym - Reebok CrossFit Box - in Mumbai on Tuesday.


"With the aim of changing the way people perceive, define and experience fitness, Reebok started the first two Gyms and received a great response. On the back of this success, Reebok is set to launch two new Gyms in the two cities again. Mumbai's new Reebok CrossFit Box is located at Colaba," said an official spokesperson.

Reebok CrossFit, the rigorous workout regime is designed in a way that people could understand that this fitness movement is all about community, competition, camaraderie, and results.

CrossFit, which is primarily a form of sport combines sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, weightlifting, rowing, and medicine ball training, among other activities.



This new form of workout is fast gaining popularity amongst athletes, sportsmen and the glamour industry.

Austin Malleolo, Reebok CrossFit Coach, said, "It is very exciting there are two new gyms getting opened up, certainly there is tremendous growth in these areas of the country."

"With the expansion of more CrossFit gyms in India, more and more people will be able to have the opportunity to try CrossFit and see how it can fit into their life.

"The power of the CrossFit Affiliate is immense, now we are starting to connect the people of India with the CrossFit community and these gyms will lay the foundation for CrossFit in this country and will become the standard for other gyms to live up to when they open up.
