Road show to promote 'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum'

Chennai, Aug 31 : The makers of upcoming Tamil comedy-drama "Pannaiyarum Padminiyum", which features a car in an important role, have decided to include a road show as part of their film's promotions.

"Since the story has a Padmini car playing an important role, we have planned to take two Padmini cars on a road show. One starting from Nagercoil and other one from Coimbatore as part of our film's promotions," the film's producer M.R. Ganesh told IANS.

"Interesting part is when these cars reach each destination on the way; they will be given a grand welcome by each town. And, finally when it reaches Chennai, 'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' team will receive it," he added.

The film, which is directed by Arun Kumar, revolves around the story of a landlord and his love for Padmini cars.

It features Vijay Sethupathi, Sneha, Bala Saravanan, Jayaprakash, Iyshwarya Ramesh and Neelima Rani in important roles.
